Running the tournament

A whole euchre tournament from setup to results, run from a phone and a laptop.

Less time keeping score. More time playing.

What the video says

Setting up

If you’ve ever run a euchre tournament, you know the drill. Who’s collecting money, where are the scoresheets. Who am I playing with?

Here’s how it works now. Set up your tournament — who’s playing, how you score, what it costs — and hit Generate rotation. Partners change every round, and make-up rounds even out the sit-outs. You don’t have to figure any of that out.

Players arrive and you start

Your players scan a code on their phone. No app to download — they create an account once, log in, open the invite, and they’re in. You check them in — here, paid — and you’re ready.

Hit start, and everybody’s scorecard opens right on their phone.

Scoring at the table

When the hand’s over, each player puts in their own score. Got euchred? Won a loner? One tap. You can track that too. And here’s the best part — both partners enter it, and if the numbers don’t match, the app notifies you to make the corrections. No more disagreements or figuring it out who scored what at the scorer’s table.

Phones, the big screen and the results

Everybody can check their own phone to see where they sit and who they play with next round — and what the tournament pays. Running a big one? Put the scoreboard up on the TV, and the whole room watches it fill in live.

When the last table’s in, finalize, settle the money, and send everybody the recap — winners, payouts, euchres and loners. Your club gets a record of every tournament, all season long.
