What it replaces from other services

  • Built-in invite tool

Managed directly from the app: the where, the when, the details and the cost, with no limit on how many people can play, and QR code invite links to post to websites and social media.

  • The format

Multiple player seeding options, global scoring modes for standard and accumulation scoring, euchre and loner tracking, and bracket tournament options.

  • Self Management

Stop overpaying for third-party tournament tools. Advertise and run your events directly through our app for a more cost-effective solution than the competition.

What it saves you

  • Tournament Efficiency

The draw, the seating and the scoring no longer require tracking by hand. An hour of an admin's time, during and after playing, goes away.

  • No more disagreements

Partner scoring is validated by the app before proceeding to the next round. The euchres and loners also follow the same rule, so changes aren't made later.

  • Auto Accuracy

A built-in check tells the players whether their scoring is mathematically possible. It knows the points and rounds that can happen, based on euchres, loners, one- and two-point hands and reneging.

  • Stress

The admin is relieved of the anxiety that comes with tracking and fixing scoresheets, player needs and entering data. The club owner also gets to play in the tournament stress-free.

  • Membership management

The app tells the admin when a club or membership fee is due. They can use entry fees to pay for the subscription, and collect from members before the tournament.

  • Money Tracking

The payout system tracks the entry fees and payouts for side pots, the euchre jar, raffles, charity, supplies, food and drink, or anything else a club pays for.

What it does

  • Every phone is a scorecard

Players enter their own scores, on phones, tablets or desktops. Partners have to agree before a round is complete, for accuracy.

  • Live tracking

Automated seating and partner rotation, with the current leaders for points, euchres and loners, and optional side pots built in.

  • Singles and doubles

A singles tournament and a doubles tournament keep separate statistics. A partnership’s record never blends into a player’s personal one in singles contests.

  • Standings and prize money

Entry fees, the euchre jar, side pots, the payouts and the treasury, tournament by tournament, with the season’s standings alongside. Tracking seasons is optional.

  • Put it on the big screen

View the partner assignments, who is sitting out, the leaderboard and the prizes on a monitor or a TV, for an enhanced view.

  • Import tournament history

A step-by-step walkthrough to bring past tournaments in from your workbook using the import, or enter them into the app by hand.

Paper scorecards can be printed for players who are not using a phone, tablet or computer.

At a glance

  1. 1. The details

Where and when, what it costs to play, the house rules and the theme. Players see it on the Club page and on their own calendar.

  2. 2. Sign-ups and notification

The Doorman decides who walks straight in and who waits for your say-so. The email and phone number are used to communicate and send an invite link.

  3. 3. The check-in station

Tick people in and paid as they arrive. Once the room is full, one press hands out the player numbers.

  4. 4. Start the tournament

The press of the button sends the notification to everyone in the tournament. The sign-ups are frozen, the setup locks, and round one is on their screens.

  5. 5. Live Tournament Management

Everything that can change once it has started, behind the green banner: number of rounds and hands added or cut — redraw the seating for a player who has to go home, substitutions, ending the tournament early.

  6. 6. Summing the tournament up

What it cost, what it paid, who won each place, and whether it balances to the cent. Every member can open it on the Club page.

How a tournament runs

From a player's phone, once the admin presses Start.

  1. 1. Find your table

The moment the admin presses Start, your phone is told your table, your partner and who you are against for round one.

  2. 2. Tap keys during the round

We got euchred and I won a loner. Tap them as they happen, so nobody has to remember at the end of the round.

  3. 3. Fill in the round and save it

You and your partner enter the same score. That is how the app catches a slip. Then Save round.

  4. 4. Look under the card

The Leaderboard so far, Your rounds, Who's playing who across the whole room, and the Prize table.

  5. 5. If the hall has no signal

Keep scoring. A round saved with no signal is kept on your phone and goes up on its own when the signal is back.

  6. 6. See how it went

Results are up arrives on your phone when the admin finishes. The Club shows who won and what it paid.

Players pay their yearly membership individually. The club pays its fee as a group, once a year, and a player who belongs to more than one club pays one membership, not one for each club. If the club chooses to pay its players’ memberships instead, it is billed at $2 a player a tournament up to $5 a year.

Big tournaments

For a club that runs tournaments of 60 players or more, the cost is $2 a player. That is the whole of what those players cost you — a tournament this size never makes anybody a member, so nobody lands on your yearly bill for having played in it. A club’s first 30 days do not exempt it from the door charge, though: the trial covers the club fee, not the door.

What are you pricing?

Do you run a tournament over sixty? players

about $145 a year, club and players together

  • The club pays $45 — the 20 to 39 band
  • Your players pay their own — 20 at $5, $100

Your club is billed after the tournament, based on the number of memberships at that time, and again on your club’s anniversary. Players pay their own $5 themselves, or the club can pay it for them at $2 a player a tournament; the total is the same.

$7.25 a player for the year

Every tournament of 60 players or more costs $2 per player.

  • Your club starts with a free 30-day trial. After the trial, clubs with fewer than nine members pay no club fee. For larger clubs, the app calculates the annual fee at the next tournament. On your club’s anniversary, the app automatically reviews the past year’s memberships to calculate any remaining dues.
  • You stop paying for people who stop coming. Somebody drops out of the count twelve months after their last tournament, with nothing for you to mark or tidy — and a name on an old roster never counted in the first place.
  • Nobody collects for anybody else. The club pays its own fee from a single account. Each player pays their $5 membership separately in the app. After an initial 30-day free window, a player’s membership is due the first time they play, and once a year after that. Or the club can pay its players’ memberships for them, at $2 a player a tournament, up to $5 a year.
  • The year you are in never changes price. If prices ever rise, you carry on at the price you started your year at and meet the new one at your next renewal — announce a rise in March 2027 and a club whose year turns in February meets it in February 2028, having finished the year it was already in.
  • Your records are yours and are never deleted, whatever happens to the subscription. An admin can remove the whole club or transfer ownership, and create a backup file at any time.
  • Charged automatically, through Stripe. The club’s card or bank account is charged once a month for what it owes, with an emailed receipt. A player’s membership renews only after they play, so nobody pays for a year they sit out.

Open the sandbox

The sandbox is the whole app with a made-up club in it. Load the sample club, run a tournament, borrow a player's phone. Nothing in it is real, and it may be wiped at any time.

Ready for the real thing? A club of your own keeps everything — its roster, its tournaments, its money and its records.
