Scoring
How players tap euchres and loners, enter their score, and agree with their partner before it counts.
Both partners. One number.
What the video says
During the round
Two different numbers on the score sheet, a pencil tally of euchres, and nobody quite sure who went alone.
During the round, it’s one tap. Got euchred? Tap it. Won a loner? Tap it. The phone counts them, so nobody has to remember at the end.
And it knows what a hand is worth: 1 point or 2, 2 for a euchre or a reneged hand, 4 for a loner. A score that couldn’t have happened won’t save.
When the round’s over, type your team’s score and save. The euchres and loners you tapped are already filled in.
Partners have to agree
Here’s the best part. Both partners put the score in. If the numbers don’t match, the round doesn’t count until one of you fixes it — right there at the table, not at the scorer’s table at the end of the tournament.
You see it too. And if it can’t be settled at the table, you have the final say.
Players without a device
Is there somebody who doesn’t have a device to score with? The admin can score everything, and also validate that the scoring is correct, so the tournament keeps moving.
Where the scores go
Every euchre and every loner lands on the leaderboard — and in the money, if your club plays for a loner pot or includes a euchre jar.
