Setting up a tournament

How to fill in one form for a euchre tournament and send players one link to sign up.

One form. One link.

What the video says

The basics

Every tournament starts the same way: a date, a place, a price — and 40 texts asking what time.

Press New tournament and fill in the basics: a name, the date, the time you start, how many rounds, and when sign-ups close.

Say where it is and what it’s about. To add some fun to the tournament, you can add a theme — and of course, there are the rules. It’s all on the invite, so nobody has to ask.

Scoring and the money

Pick how you score — play to 10, or 11, or whatever your region uses.

Tick Track the money, put in the entry fee and how many places pay, and it works out the payouts before anybody walks in the door. You can adjust the payments and pots once your tournament field is set.

Sign-ups and the invite link

You don’t have to type in a single name. Leave Who is playing empty and press Create — they’ll sign themselves up.

Choose who gets straight in and how many seats you’ve got, and press Get a link. Then use it to post the tournament to social media, such as Facebook and Instagram.

Or tick your members and send it to them from right here.

Euchre Clubhouse. Fill it in once, send one link, and the sign-ups come to you. Your first 30 days are free — then less than 70 cents a month per player. Try it at euchreclubhouse.com.
