Player Admin

The six tiles on every player, invite links, adding admins, and bringing in past results from a spreadsheet.

Everybody who plays. In one place.

What the video says

The six tiles

A notebook of names, the same player spelt two ways, and nobody else who can run the tournament.

Player Admin is everybody who plays. Open anybody, and six tiles hold everything about them.

Nickname is what the table calls them. It shows in brackets beside their name.

Former names are the names they’ve played under before, like a maiden name. Add them before you import your history, so the old results find them.

Contact holds their phone and email.

Identity shows the birthday and ZIP code on their account, and whether they have a secret word, so two people with the same name are never mixed up.

And Merge is for one person with two records. Use it after you import your history.

Invite links and admins

Invite link makes a sign-up link for that one player. Their email is optional. Copy it, send it however you already talk to them, and when they sign up, their account lands on their own name.

Need a hand running the club? Open a member and press Make admin. They get the admin screens, and one press takes it back.

Are you running a big tournament? Don’t do it alone. Adding more admins is right there on the checklist, so one admin runs the rounds on a laptop, while another works the door on a phone. Every tick merges, and nobody’s work erases anybody else’s.

Bringing in your history

Got years of results in a spreadsheet? On History and backups, review the example sheet, enter your data, upload it, and press Check it. Nothing is saved until you’ve seen what it found.

Do you have an old name for somebody already on your roster? Save it as a former name, right there. Then one press backs up everything you had, and brings the tournaments in.

Everybody who plays, in one place. First 30 days free, then less than 70 cents a month per player. Try it at euchreclubhouse.com.
